So here’s today’s suggestion:
Our health can often have a lot to do with how we feel emotionally. If we don’t eat or drink enough to sustain our bodies; or we get very little sleep each night; or all we eat is unhealthy fast food each day, we aren’t going to feel great are we. Whereas those who eat and drink only healthy foods, exercises regularly and gets a good night’s sleep will normally feel much more healthy.
So try to be healthy and change your lifestyle if need be, and I assure you you will see it makes a difference.
