On Monday, I suggested you be selfish sometimes and choose what’s best for you, and today I want to reaffirm this with the following quote from Joyce Meyer:
Sometimes making the most of your day means taking a moment for yourself.
Sometimes we can be so busy running about doing things for others, that we forget to take notice of how we are actually feeling ourselves.
So take a few minutes and stop what you’re doing in your busy day, and focus on you…consider how you are really feeling, physically and emotionally. If by doing this you realise that you’re struggling physically and/or emotionally, it’s definitely time you take some time out for yourself, so you can just chill and recharge your batteries.
