When your life is in danger, and you are in need of help, you wait to be rescued. In being rescued others may end up putting their own lives at risk to save you.
Someone has already given their life for us, just so we could live freely, and be forgiven of our sins – Jesus died for our sins, what greater rescue has there ever been then Jesus rescuing us!
