A few days ago an advert came on the TV which made me stop to really look at myself, or to be more specific, my teeth!
For years I used a standard manual toothbrush to brush my teeth, but I was convinced to buy an electric toothbrush. I must admit I was sceptical, as I always thought I did a good job of cleaning my teeth, albeit they weren’t quite a white as I maybe would have like them to be these days.
So I changed from a manual to an electric toothbrush, and gradually I began to notice that my teeth had definitely become much whiter again since I started using an electric toothbrush! I wouldn’t have believed it if I hadn’t seen it myself, after all how many adverts have we all seen where they promise you, particular benefits, but it turns out they’re only seen in a small percentage of cases…maybe for once, I’m in that small percentage of cases.
I thought I’d post this today, as I realise as we near Christmas, you may be looking for ideas for Christmas gifts, and may be considering an electric toothbrush. If you are do it, I have certainly seen the benefit. I can only speak for a Braun electric toothbrush, as that’s what I got last year, and have never tried any other make.
If you gave me the choice now of a manual or electric toothbrush, much to my surprise, I would now choose electric every time!
