Thinking positively has been proven to help us physical and mental wellbeing. So don’t start your day by focusing on all the things that you’re not looking forward to in the coming day. Instead find a positive in what today means for you – it doesn’t matter how small that positive is, the main thing is it’s a positive. Now keep that positive thought in your mind throughout the day – hopefully you’ll find yourself seeing more positives than negatives throughout the remainder of your day.
