How do you start your day?

Every day when we wake up and get out of bed, we make choices. here’s just a few you may make

  • what clothes to wear
  • toast or cereal for breakfast
  • tea or coffee
  • Tea or coffee before or after you get washed and dressed

But do you make a choice about how your day is going to go? What do I mean by that – well do you tell yourself that you’re going to do your best to be positive in every situation you find yourself in, or knowing what you day may hold, do you already decide that your day is going to be a negative experience?

Just as I said in my earlier post this week, Just One Thought, starting our day with positive thoughts is a huge step to helping us be positive throughout the day. So what choice will you make when you get out of bed tomorrow morning?
