As I mentioned yesterday in Review Your Steps, many many of us know exactly how many steps we take each day, as we have watches, mobiles, or pedometers that will automatically count how many step we take.
We each face different challenges each day of life, and we each have the ability to set ourselves challenges of what we want to achieve each day. While considering this I came across a photo I used in a blog post a few years ago, and it fits perfectly with my thoughts today.
Do you set yourself targets each day and how to you measure how successful or otherwise you’ve been?
It shouldn’t just be a clear succeed or fail in every task you undertake, instead, why not use the above ‘step challenge’ to both set your target for each task, and also measure whether you’ve met your target or surpassed it?
