I’m sure we all want to our friends and family, and ourselves, to have happy and healthy lives. Unfortunately much of what happens in our life is out with our control, so we need to find ways of coping, or dare I say, surviving life.
Over the next few days I’ll provide a few suggestions on how to improve your life, which have been found to work for many over the years.
The first suggestion is to pray whenever you feel worried or stressed about anything that is happening or about to happen in your life. Instead, take everything to God, because He alone will lift your burdens and put your mind at rest. Just trust Him!
Don’t be pulled in different directions or worried about a thing. Be saturated in prayer throughout each day, offering your faith-filled requests before God with overflowing gratitude. Tell him every detail of your life, then God’s wonderful peace that transcends human understanding, will guard your heart and mind through Jesus Christ.Philippians 4:6-7 (The Passion translation)
