Be still and know

Earlier today on Bellshill Salvation Army Band’s Facebook page I shared some devotions. I’d like to share those devotions with you tonight.

He says, “Be still, and know that I am God”

Psalm 46:10 (NIV)

In these days as we start to get back to our pre-pandemic activities and interests, stopping what we’re doing and being still and quiet, may seem like an impossible task. Because it’s so difficult for us to just stop and be still, it can make it difficult for us to spend quality time in quiet solitude with God.

I therefore encourage you today to slow down, stop, and just be still in God’s presence as you listen to the chorus arrangement, ‘Be Still and Know’ by Philip Rayment.
