I saw the following image on a Facebook page yesterday, and the message it tells us, has kept coming back into my mind since then. Here’s the image.
I think sometimes, because months pass and many different things can happen in our lives in that time, we can have a tendency to celebrate Christmas, Easter and Pentecost as 3 separate events. The truth is though, that the 3 and intertwined because they each clearly were as a result decisions God made which would impact ours, and everyone else’s, lives forever.
God set His Son to live amongst us, as one of us – Bethlehem.
God sacrificed His Son so we could be free – Calvary
God wants us to be His – Pentecost
God gave it all for us. We can repay Him by letting God into our lives today, and following His plan for our life.
