I’ve mentioned before on several occasions in my posts, that I’m a perfectionist. It took me many years to realise I was expected way too much from both myself and another, when I expected perfection from us all.
However I now know that that expectation I had for us all, was always going to fail, so I needed to lower my expectations of myself and of others.
