Love not hate

Maybe it’s just me, but it feels as if in recent years that the word ‘hate’ seems to be used to describe how one person feels about another, much much more than I ever remember when I was younger. On consideration, maybe this is why I liked this quote from Loretta Scott King.

The thing about hate is that when you hate someone, it eat away at you, and will be on your mind always, and just as the above quote says, it will do more harm to you and it it will to the person you hate.

Hate is such a strong, unforgiving word, so I don’t let it become part of your life, or your vocabulary. Instead fill your life with positive, encouraging, and inclusive words.

Love not hate.
