Today I have felt as if I just want to sit in a darkened room and be still. Unfortunately as I have been working that’s not been possible for me. So tonight I simply want to encourage you to sit, turn off the TV, and turn notifications/sounds on your phone. Then I ask you to turn up the volume as you listen to this wonderful version of ‘Be Still and Know’ sung here by The Fray.
