Continuous improvement

Make a Friday a day to celebrate work well done that you can be proud of knowing that you just didn’t put in time to the next paycheck.

Baron Pulsifer

Isn’t that a great quote?

We have a tendency to look forward to Friday simply because it’s the last week of the working week, and because we’re desperate to get to the weekend. Does that sound familiar?

Next week, why not look forward to Friday again, because it is a day that we can reflect on our week, and we can celebrate our successes. We can also look back and reflect on the things we could have done better. It’s all about celebrating our successes that week, as well as finding ways we can improve on the things that didn’t go so well.
