Sometimes we all need to be reminded of these words in Matthew’s gospel, because it can be easy to try and deal with everything life throws our way, all by ourselves. However without leaving our problems and anxieties with God, we will never truly find rest,.
I therefore encourage you take all that worries to God today, and leave them with Him, and He will give you rest.
