Perspective

Have you ever blown something someone has said or done, completely out of proportion? I know I have, and still do sometimes! I learned a while ago that in those situations, I should not react with my first response either in an email or verbally – Instead I delete that first email I was going to send, or say nothing verbally in response, at least not until I gather my thoughts, and put things into perspective so I can give a measured, realistic response. It’s hard I know not to overreact at time, but at the following quote reminds us, it’s all about perspective!
