How to get through your week #7

I’m sure we’ve all had that sinking feeling when it gets to Sunday night, when we remember tomorrow is Monday, and so we’re back at work again. This isn’t just a feeling we can get after time off work, as it can also be how we feel every Sunday night!

So how do you prepare yourself so your head is in the right place for work the next morning? What tips do you have?

I’ll plan to share some tips with you that I have picked up over the years – all are good, though some are easier to implement than others – at least they have been for me. Maybe you’ll have more joy! Good luck!

Tip #7 Have something to look forward to mid-week

At the start of the week, it can feel like a very long week lies ahead. So on the Monday, why not organise something to look forward to on the Wednesday – maybe meet a friend or family member for lunch, or visit a friend or go for a meal after work – It will help break up your week.
