Mental health Monday #21

t the start of another year, I want to encourage you to always remember that your mental and physical well-being should always be your priority.

Here’s some suggestions of how to look after your mental health, not just this January but every month – Keep a note of how many you can tick-off in this well-being bingo:

Ever since I started my blog back in 2009, my blog posts have covered all sorts of topics – I’ve done some posts on IT related subjects (as that’s my profession), quizzes, comments on news events, reviews of TV shows or movies, mental health, exercise, health, music, my Christian experience, to name just a few of the topics I’ve covered – really just whatever is on my mind when I’m writing my posts. Each week there’s always at least one blog post that is not Christian related!
