So here’s today’s suggestion:
Go to sleep with your blind/curtains half open
If you leave your blinds/curtains half open, the natural light that will stream through your window in the morning will send a signal to your brain to slow its production of melatonin and increase its production of adrenaline which is a signal to your brain it’s time to wake up.
Why would you want your brain to wake up before your alarm goes off? Because when it does go off you’ll already be half awake and ready to face the day!
