Have you ever wondered how many steps you take each day?

Many of you will know, as these days so many wear devices which count how many steps you take on a daily basis.

What about a different kind of step challenge when you’re struggling, wondering how you’re ever going to achieve something? Try using the following step target, and see how often you can reach your target ‘step’ each day.
