I am yours

I keep fighting voices in my mind that say I’m not enough
Every single lie that tells me I will never measure up
Am I more than just the sum of every high and every low
Remind me once again just who I am, because I need to know

In the last few days I’ve spoken about how important we are to God, because he made each one of us. Not only that but he knows everything about us, and continues to care about us every day.

The thing is, when we’re going through a time when we struggle to know where our life is going or we feel like no-one cares for us, that’s when we God can, and will always remind that

You say I am loved
When I can’t feel a thing
You say I am strong
When I think I am weak
You say I am held
When I am falling short
When I don’t belong
You say I am Yours

No matter how worthless we think we are, or we feel we don’t have the strength to face another day, remember, God loves us, and will remind us we have the strength to face the day, but most of all, remember we are God’s.
