Alone yet not alone

Earlier today on Bellshill Salvation Army Band’s Facebook page I shared some devotions. I’d like to share those devotions with you tonight.

Have you ever felt totally alone? Had no-one you can turn to, or talk to?

Have you ever been in a crowded room and still felt alone? Had no-one you could turn to or talk to?

Have you felt ‘out of place’ or alone even although you’re in a room full of people?

If ever you need to remind yourself that you are never alone, these words from scripture will give you that reminder.

This is My command: be strong and courageous. Never be afraid or discouraged because I am your God, the Eternal One, and I will remain with you wherever you go.

Joshua 1:9 (The Voice)

So whenever you feel alone, when family and friends have deserted you, remember, you are never alone, because God is always with you.
