The world at present is in quite a state. People all around the world are really struggling to live – there are many struggling to make ends meet, to feed their families, to keep a roof over their head – the basic necessities of life to survive. Sadly this is happening to those round about us, it’s not a land far away that we can only imagine what their life circumstances are like.
The song ‘Prayers for this world’ by Pentatonic really hit home with me, as it talks about the mess this world is in, and how it ‘feels like it might take a miracle to make it out alive’. Thankfully this Christmas we can offer that hope that so many need, by sharing the good news of the baby Jesus, and how God sent Jesus to earth to show the world just how much he loves us.
So rather than just complaining about all that is happening in this world let’s
