A few days ago I came across a t-shirt I’d bought at a concert, and on the back of it it said, “I’ve been waiting…for so long””.
My first question is, do you know what concert I’d have bought that t-shirt at?
Secondly I want to ask you, what are you waiting for?
We spend a lot of time waiting don’t we, in queue, for someone to arrive or depart, for something to start or finish, maybe wait for someone to tell us how they feel about us, exam results, or wait for news of a loved one… the list is endless.
What about God? Have you waiting for him to answer your prayers? Are you still waiting for him to answer your prayers?
If you haven’t already accepted God into your life, it’s not too late, because he is still waiting for you. God waits for each one of us to turn to him, and he will wait forever if that’s how long it takes us to acknowledge him as our Lord.
